Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that the Sandalwood & Rose fragrance was not the right fit, as scent selection is highly personal and highly subjective.
To clarify, opened products are generally not eligible for return. However, as a courtesy, despite the package being opened and missing items, we made an exception and approved refund.
As per our return policy, complimentary return is only for defective items. The $45 amount reflects the actual costs associated with shipping and handling the item, assessed by our logistics providers based on the size and weight. Not an additional or hidden fee.
For customers to evaluate: we offer sample options to help you ensure the quality and scent meet your expectations, before purchasing full-size products.
While this return did not qualify under our standard policy, we were glad to demonstrate flexibility beyond our stated policy and provide a partial refund as a goodwill exception. We respect your right to share your experience.
