Payments

We accept major credit cards, including, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. Please be aware that the available payment options may vary depending on your location. We do not support cash-on-delivery payments at this time.

No, we do not currently offer the option for cash on delivery for online purchases.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request. Free returns are available only for items with defects.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them—unused and unworn. Free return shipping is only applicable to defective products. If the returned item is not considered defective, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at amenitieseco@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

The refund process begins once we have received your item. In most cases, major credit card providers take between five and seven business days to process refunds. After that, the refund should appear in your bank account.

To make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify it. In that case, you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. You can monitor the status of your shipment on our tracking page, and you can also sign up for delivery alerts on the courier’s website.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package.

If your package gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, contact our customer support representatives. Carrier tracking is also a source of up-to-date information.

Receiving defective items is rare but it could happen. In such cases, take pictures where defects are visible. Additionally, contact our customer support team to check if your item is eligible for a replacement.
